Mr. Endalkachew has gained 22 years of professional and leadership experiences across the financial industry – regulatory, commercial and development banking environments. His career engagement includes banking business supervision, credit operations, trade finance, payment systems, finance and treasury, risk management and foreign exchange reserve management. With regard to academic qualifications, Mr. Endalkachew possesses Master’s of Business Administration and BA in Management.

Mr. Endalkachew is working as Vice President of Ahadu Bank since his appointment in November 2021.
